This week, The Novel Road welcomes Annie B. Copps, food and wine editor for Yankee Magazine. This long time friend of mine is a regular guest "Hot Chef" on The Today Show. Yankee Magazine and Annie have a cookbook out, packed with great, easy to prepare recipes.
